The Wish Lantern is a decorative engraved LED lamp that you personalize yourself: you type a name, a date and a short wish, choose the light colour, and we make it to order in our workshop in Poland. Below we explain how it works, what is in the box and which occasions it suits best.
What the Wish Lantern is
It is a decorative lantern about 18 cm tall, 3D-printed and assembled by hand. It glows with a warm LED light powered over USB-C — no candles and no open flame. We engrave the text you enter in the configurator, so every piece is different.
Personalization step by step
- 01Open the lamp configurator on the product page.
- 02Enter a name or names — up to 22 characters.
- 03Add a date — up to 22 characters, in any format, e.g. “14.02.2026” or “since 2018”.
- 04Write a short wish — up to 42 characters.
- 05Choose one of four light colours.
- 06Check the live preview and place your order.
The preview is illustrative: it shows how the text sits on the lantern before it goes to engraving. Check the spelling carefully, because we engrave exactly what you type. Spaces count towards the character limit too.
Four light colours
- ✦Amber — a deep, warm tone, cosy in the evening.
- ✦Blush — soft and romantic, good for a bedroom.
- ✦Gold — festive, suits anniversaries and weddings.
- ✦Warm white — the most versatile, fits any interior.

Which occasions it suits
An engraved LED lamp works wherever a specific date and a specific person matter:

Glossary
- ✦Wish Lantern (in Polish: Latarnia Życzeń) — the name of our product: a decorative 3D-printed lantern with an engraving and warm LED light, sold only at jednozyczenie.pl.
- ✦Engraving — a permanent inscription made on the lantern from the text in the configurator: name, date and wish. It cannot be changed once made, so check the spelling in the preview.
- ✦USB-C LED — the lantern’s light source: an LED powered by a USB-C cable (included), with no candles and no open flame.
- ✦Light colour — one of four shades of warm light (amber, blush, gold, warm white), chosen when you order.
- ✦Live preview — the configurator’s visualisation of how the text sits on the lantern; it is illustrative, and we fine-tune the final engraving in production.
Production and lead time
Every lamp is made to order: production takes up to 5 business days, then we ship it within 48 hours. We cannot promise delivery on a specific day, so before holidays and important dates order with time to spare.
The lamp is personalized to your specification, so the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it (Polish consumer law, art. 38 pt 3). If something is wrong — a defect or an error on our side — we will repair or replace the lantern, and complaints are handled under the statutory rules. It is a decoration and keepsake, not a toy.
