A wedding is a day the couple will remember forever, but the gifts from that day quickly scatter: some end up in a cupboard, some turn into shared plans. It is a decorative lantern engraved with names, a date and a short wish, which glows with warm LED light in the evening.
A personalized wedding gift — what we engrave
We put three things on the lantern, which you enter in the configurator on the product page:
- ✦the couple’s names — up to 22 characters, e.g. “Julia & Paul”,
- ✦the wedding date — up to 22 characters, e.g. “21.06.2025”,
- ✦a wish — up to 42 characters, short and from the heart.
Before you order you see a live preview, so you know right away how the text sits on the lantern (the preview is illustrative). Check the spelling of the names before ordering — ideally against the invitation.
Who it suits as a gift
From the guests
The lantern is a good choice when you want to give something personal but don’t know the couple’s taste well. There is no need to guess the colour of their curtains or the size of their bedding: a decoration about 18 cm tall will find a place on a chest of drawers, a shelf or in the bedroom. You can also give it together with an envelope — one doesn’t rule out the other, and the lantern stays with the couple as a keepsake of the day.
From the best man and maid of honour
The witnesses usually know the couple best, so they can afford a more personal wish: a shared saying, a nod to their story, a joke only they will get. 42 characters isn’t much, but it is enough for one well-aimed sentence.
From the parents
Parents often look for a gift that is less practical and more symbolic. A lantern with the wedding date and a wish from Mum and Dad can stand in the young couple’s flat as one of the first things that are truly “theirs”.
Light without candles
The lantern glows with a warm LED light powered over USB-C. There are no candles and no open flame, so it can stand on the table during dinner or by the bed with no worries about wax or fire. There are four colours: amber, blush, gold and warm white. For a wedding gift, gold or warm white look elegant, while blush and amber add atmosphere.
How to order a wedding gift in advance
Every lantern is made by hand in our workshop in Poland, to a specific order. Production takes up to 5 business days, and shipping with InPost (parcel locker or courier) up to 48 hours. We deliver within Poland only. You usually know the wedding date well in advance, so it is best to order soon after you receive the invitation — that leaves time to choose the words calmly.

And in a year — the first anniversary
