The birth of a child is a date parents never forget, but in the first weeks everything happens so fast that small keepsakes are easy to miss. The Wish Lantern, engraved with the name and date of birth, works like a little birth record. It stays at home for years, and in the evening — instead of hanging on a wall — it glows with warm light.
A birth record that glows
We engrave three pieces of information on the lantern, which you enter in the configurator:
- ✦the baby’s name — up to 22 characters, so a middle name fits too,
- ✦the date of birth — up to 22 characters; you can add the time, e.g. “12.03.2025, 6:40”,
- ✦a wish — up to 42 characters, from the parents, grandparents or godparents.
Before ordering you see a live preview (illustrative), so it is easy to check how the name and date sit on the lantern.
A new baby keepsake for parents and grandparents
The lantern is a gift for loved ones who want to give something more lasting than another babygrow the little one will outgrow in a month. For the parents it is a decoration that recalls those first days. For the grandparents — a keepsake with their grandchild’s name to keep at their place. Nothing stops you from ordering two lanterns with the same engraving: one for the parents’ home, one for the grandparents.
A keepsake like this won’t become too small after a few weeks and won’t get lost in a drawer. It is about 18 cm tall and arrives in an elegant gift box with a note card, so it is ready to give on your first visit.

Gentle light and a few words about safety
The lantern glows with a warm LED light powered over USB-C, with no candles and no open flame. Four colours — amber, blush, gold and warm white — let you match it to the room; in a child’s room blush and warm white look good.
Please remember: the Wish Lantern is a decoration and keepsake, not a toy. It has a power cable and is neither a plaything nor a lamp designed for children. Place it high up — on a shelf, a bookcase or a chest of drawers — out of reach of small hands.
Production and ordering
We 3D-print and hand-assemble every lantern in our workshop in Poland, with the text from your order. Production takes up to 5 business days, and shipping with InPost (parcel locker or courier) up to 48 hours. We deliver within Poland only. For a birth it is best to order as soon as you know the name and date; for a christening or first birthday — with time to spare before the celebration.
