Questions
Frequently asked
How do I personalize the lantern?＋
You enter a name, a date and a short wish in the configurator — we engrave it all. You’ll see a preview before you order.
How does the light work?＋
A built-in warm LED powered by USB-C. It shines for years, with no candles to replace and no open flame.
How long does it take?＋
Each lantern is made to order — usually up to 5 business days, then shipping in 48 hours from Poland.
Is it a good gift for a specific occasion?＋
Yes — anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine’s, weddings, housewarmings or a new baby. Just match the engraving to the occasion.
How much is the Wish Lantern and what is in the box?＋
199 zł with free InPost delivery in Poland. The gift box holds the lantern with your engraving, a USB-C cable and a note card — ready to give.
Can I return a personalized lantern?＋
The lantern is made to your specification, so under Polish consumer law (art. 38 pt 3) the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. If it arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our side, we repair or replace it — statutory complaint rights apply in full.
Is the lantern safe in a home with children?＋
It glows with a warm LED — no flame, no candle heat — but it is a keepsake, not a toy: it has a USB-C cable, so keep it up high, out of small hands’ reach.
